RLD Associates Inc. is a company dedicated to providing the highest quality of Premium Audits and Loss Control Surveys to the insurance industry.

	History RLD Associates Inc. was formed in 1989 by Russell Deluca, who recognized a need in specialized premium audit and loss control services.

	Territory RLD Associates, Inc. is based in Central Pennsylvania and we currently provide Premium Audits and Loss Control Inspections in the states of PA, MD, NJ, DE, WV and Washington D.C.

	RLD's Employees All of RLD's field auditors & Inspectors go into the field with specialized training developed by management to assure clear and concise reporting. Our phone auditors are located in an inhouse call center and are given specialized training to assure the fastest levels of response time from the policy holder. All RLD representatives are exclusive employees of RLD Associates Inc.

	Technology Information Technology and the Internet is a crucial pillar in the way we do business. We offer custom web applications that allow clients to actually watch the processing of their work while it is with RLD Associates. All reports and forms are completed electronically and managed by a proprietary software application. Our IT staff is extremely flexible in accommodating new customers with multiple ways of delivering new work to us electronically.
