RLD Associates, Inc. provides the following services for the insurance industry.

	Premium Audits RLD Associates, Inc. has been providing premium audit services since 1989. RLD provides physical, telephone, mail and voluntary audits. All work is reviewed prior to being returned to the carrier.

	Telephone/Voluntary Audits RLD Associates, Inc. currently provides nationwide telephone and voluntary mail audit services to the insurance industry. The telephone audit call center is located in our home office.

	Premium Fraud Investigation RLD auditors are trained and kept abreast of the latest premium fraud and premium evasion scams. Any suspicion of these frauds is immediately reported to our audit supervisors, who contact the client to determine what course of action should be taken.

	Forensic Accounting/Loss Accounting Typical engagements in this segment of our business include business interruption and loss of income evaluations, inventory valuations, fidelity losses, etc. This work is performed by our wholly owned subsidiary Micco DeLuca.

	Commercial & Residential Line Inspections RLD Associates, Inc. is a company dedicated to providing the highest quality loss control inspection surveys for commercial and residential risks. Our inspection reports include property valuations, digital colored photos and a detailed inspection report based in a MS Word document format.

	ITV Reports All commercial and residential inspections are completed with an ITV calculation when requested by the carrier. RLD is a subscriber to Marshall, Swift, Boeck software. ITV's can be provided for a Replacement Cost or Actual Cash Value basis.

	PA Act 44 Compliance Surveys RLD Associates, Inc. currently has 5 employees who are licensed with the Commonwealth of PA to complete PA Act 44 Surveys. These surveys are completed on site with the insured and are provided in a word document format with underwriting notes included in a narrative format.
